Amery Bohling is steadily building a name for herself in western art. Her work can be found in top art magazines nationwide. Most recently, Bohling was honored to show in Settler’s West Miniature Show, be featured in Western Art Collector, Phoenix Home & Garden magazine and PleinAir magazine. Most widely known for her vibrant and straightforward paintings of the Grand Canyon, her artwork graces the homes of Canyon lovers both locally and abroad.
“It took time for me to find myself as a painter. Painting the Canyon for the first time, on an eye-opening trip years ago, set the tone for my future as an artist. The views were breathtakingly beautiful and endlessly motivating.”
In May of 2015 Bohling and a group of artists known for painting Grand Canyon partook in a Canyon River Rafting and Painting adventure. The artists also made the decision to film their experiences, resulting in an amazing collection of art and a future video to be released.
When she is not painting outdoors, she can be found painting in her studio and gallery in Scottsdale, Arizona. A visit to her gallery is an intimate and hands-on experience. It is a place where friends, collectors, and those who are just curious about art are able to pop-by and see how she works.
Bohling is also represented by Mountain Trails Galleries, and Abend Gallery. amerybohling.com
