Claudia Gray is a California-based, award-winning artist and author whose plein air paintings capture the shimmering light and shifting moods of natural landscapes. Working outdoors with brush in hand, she draws inspiration from her travels, Eastern philosophy, and the ocean’s ever-changing beauty. Her mediums include photography, glass, jewelry, and painting. Her work appears in galleries, museums, retail stores, and juried shows, including a commission of 450 glass surfboards for the St. Regis Hotel. She has served on three Boards of Directors, including an art gallery. Claudia’s books include The Beginning of the Beginning (2023) and Creative Minds and Forces (2025).
