Fen Rascoe is an award-winning American Impressionist from the small town of Windsor, NC. He paints Alla Prima in oil whether in Plein Air or in the Studio and is represented by ArtSource Fine Art in Raleigh, NC and City Art Gallery in Greenville, NC. Rascoe conducts several workshops a year. In addition to reoccurring appearances on Art School Live with Eric Rhoads, he will be returning to PACE 2026 for a third year as a field painter. Rascoe limits his palette to two of each of the primaries with two earth tones.
