Gary Bertram
Gary Bertram, a Kentucky artist, began his art career in 1980 as a graphite portrait artist. After years of painting a variety of subjects in various mediums and styles, landscape Impressionism has become the niche he enjoys painting the most. Searching for an expressive way to tell his story, Gary discovered a magical connection with the Palette knife that has allowed him to be more expressive and freer with his paintings yet showing a believable quality to his subject matter. When Gary is not painting, you will find him singing and playing guitar at all the Streamline Plein Air Events.
