“Indiana artist, Jerry Smith, has had a life-long interest in art, although opting for a business degree in college. Primarily through self-training and workshop study he left his business career behind and has been a full-time artist since the mid-seventies.
Jerry is a Dolphin fellow of the American Watercolor Society and maintains signature memberships in the American Society of Marine Artists, the National Watercolor Society, and the Transparent Watercolor Society of America among others. His awards include the Gold Medal of Honor in the 2023 International Exhibition of the AWS and the top award in the 2020 International Exhibition of the NWS and his painting is included in the NWS Permanent Collection.”
