Michele de Braganca
Michele began plein air painting in the mid-80s while in Italy for an intensive printmaking course. She moved to Lake Tahoe in the Sierra Nevada range to be near the mountains she loves, and goes on regular pack trips to immerse herself in this unspoiled backcountry to paint.
Michele received her Bachelor of Fine Arts and Master of Fine Arts degrees from the California College of the Arts in Oakland, California.
