Ober-Rae Starr Livingstone
I grew up on the beautiful west coast of British Columbia. As a young man I traveled extensively: working on a ship, hitchhiking, and traveling by buses, trains, and planes to make my way around the world. Much of what I experienced visually and emotionally while traveling makes its way into my paintings.
I am a Member of the Board of Directors for the National Oil and Acrylic Painters Society and a Signature Member of both the National Oil and Acrylic Painters Society and the International Society of Acrylic Painters.
My work has been published in PleinAir magazine, Fine Art Connoisseur, the Acrylic Artist’s magazine, the Artist’s Magazine, the International Artist magazine, the North Light art books “AcrylicWorks 4” and “AcrylicWorks 5” among other publications.
