Scott Hamill
Scott is an award winning artist known for his plein air work in oils. As a native Californian Scott has lived most of his life in and around the ocean and mountains of this beautiful state. He has developed a strong emotional connection to the beauty of our natural world. Scott’s goal is to share this connection with those who view his art. Scott’s paintings have been juried into numerous exhibitions and shows throughout the country. He is honored to have his work in private collections throughout the U.S. and abroad. He enjoys sharing his painting experience and techniques and teaches several plein air painting workshops both in the U.S. and internationally throughout the year. He is an Artist member of the California Art Club and Co-Chair of its Monterey Bay Chapter, and a Signature member of the Laguna Plein Air Painters association.
